About Ross Rydge
Ross has thirty years’ experience dealing with commercial and banking disputes, civil litigation and advising on insolvency, corporate & commercial issues. Ross worked for many years in the disputes team at King & Wood Mallesons and subsequently a large mid-tier firm before moving to the boutique space.
Ross acts for a cross-section of large and small corporate and private clients in respect to a broad range of disputes and commercial matters. He has extensive experience conducting litigation in the various civil jurisdictions together with mediations and informal dispute resolution. Ross has significant experience acting in large scale litigation for large listed corporations, Banks and company officers including investigations and prosecutions by ASIC. Ross also acts for plaintiffs and defendants in defamation proceedings in the NSW courts and advises owners and strata schemes in respect to a range of strata title issues, disputes and procedures.
Ross advises individuals, companies and company directors as well as Banks, receivers, administrators, liquidators and bankruptcy trustees on all aspects of insolvency law together with related issues, including contractual and property law matters and broader commercial issues.
